Austin attorney David Smith has joined the legal team. David will concentrate on environmental issues and help lay a strong, legal foundation to take this case to the next level if necessary. David has a strong background with NEPA and related issues at the federal level. He is widely known at state and federal levels and will ensure that the right people hear our case.
