To find out more, attend Mason County Habitat for Humanity’s first workshop on Thursday, September 2nd. The workshop is located at the Eckert Civic Center on McKinley Street and begins at 6:00 pm sharp! All applicants are required to attend all 3 workshops on Thursday nights at 6:00 pm on Sept. 2, Sept. 9, and Sept. 16.

The family selection committee will be taking applications for the 9th Habitat house to be built next spring. Habitat’s 8th completed home was the first certified "Green" house built in Mason County. Applicants are also asked to bring a credit report to submit with the application. Credit reports can be obtained on-line for free. Computer access is available at the Mason Library, if needed.
