Beth Schulte-Harder and Gerald Harder of Dimmitt announce the engagement of their daughter, Lori Schulte, to Joe David Lehmberg. The bride-elect is also the daughter of late Lester Schulte. Grandparents of the bride-elect are Dora Pohlmeier of Amarillo, and the late Philip Pohlmeier and the late Clarence and Odelia Schulte of Nazareth.

Lehmberg is the son of Brenda and Randy Lehmberg of Mason, Texas. Grandparents of the prospective groom are Fritz and Billie Lehmberg of Mason and the late Leon and Lucille Curbo of Lubbock.

The couple plan to wed on June 28th in New Braunfels, TX at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Dimmitt High School. She graduated in 2005 from Texas State University in San Marcos with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. She is currently employed by Comal ISD and is a Junior High coach for girl's basketball, volleyball and track. She coaches at Spring Branch.

Joe David graduated from

Mason High School in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Ag Education from Texas Tech University in 2000. He received a Masters of Ag Science from Texas A&M-Kingsville in 2003. He is employed by Comal ISD and teaches Agriculture at Smithson Valley High School.
