This years car show had over 65 vehicles in attendance, making this show our best ever. We were able to donate two large boxes of canned goods and dried food to the food bank, as well as $200 in cash donations. Local winners included Bobby Scantlin’s 34 Ford, Charles Garner’s 65 Ford, Karen Scantlin’s 68 Corvette, and Thom Frazier’s 56 Chevrolet. Area car clubs in attendance were the Lake Area Rods & Classics and the Mustang Owners Club of Austin. We would like to thank The Commercial Bank, Mason National Bank, First State Bank and Beatty’s Embroidery for their assistance with the trophies. We would also like to thank all of the participants and spectators for their donations to the food bank.
