Sharon Swafford was recently honored at Angelo State University by the Kappa Delta Pi Education Honor Society for being a Special Educator. Sharon was nominated by Mollie Laqua and was one of three teachers recognized during the banquet held in their honor at the CJ Davidson Conference Center. This was a prestigious and well deserved honor for an awesome teacher who makes a difference in the lives of her students every day at Mason Elementary and Junior High School. Sharon is an ASU alumnus and was accompanied by her mother Mrs. Sherry Martin. Congratulations Sharon, we are proud of you!
