Lifestyles

The Mason County Historical Commission would like to have as many of these folks identified as possible. If we can identify most of them, we can use this picture in our upcoming pictorial history of Mason County. The picture is of a Sewing Club and we think the picture was taken in the early 1900s, possibly outside the current Sally Capps house or possibly the Seaquist House. Tentatively identified are: far left, Ruth Runge; next to her, Ruth Barnhart; and 6th from left, Benellen Jordan (these are not positive identifications). If you think you know who some of these are, please contact Jane Hoerster at the Mason County Library 347-5446 or Jan Appleby, 347-6583.
