Morgan McMillan, at left, representing J.L. Mercer Boots in San Angelo, and raffle winner Michelle Ingracia. Mercer Boots generously donated a custom pair of handmade ropers to Alpha Beta Psi for their Christmas Affair raffle. Funds raised from this year’s raffle and auction were used to purchase the new Christmas tree for the courthouse lawn and to fund their spring scholarships.
