Talk to UsCelice Nicole Horsak and Lance Oatman Franklin were married Nov. 21, 2009 at Cathedral Chapel of St. John in San Antonio with Reverend Jason Roberts officiating over their wedding. A reception followed at The Argyle. Celice is the daughter of Mrs. Kathleen Fitzsimons Love and Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph J. Horsak and Lance is the son of Mrs. Sarah Oatman Franklin and Mr. William Edward "Ted" Franklin. After honeymooning in St. Lucia, Lance and Celice will be residing in Tuscaloosa, Ala. and Santa Monica, Calif.
