What’s with the nineteen dollar a month and a blanket’s charities? Too, just how much of that nineteen dollars a month goes to the people that really need it? Seems to me that the cost of that blanket could go to the people in need or better yet just give them the blanket! Yep, long gone are the days when a charity was really a charity!

Detoxification is a basic principle of natural health. Any program of restoring the health and balance of the body includes getting toxins out of the body. You may wonder why detoxification is so important. A few toxins here and there are not the issue. It is the accumulation of them over time because they tend to store in our fatty tissue because the body cannot eliminate them without some help.

We non-celebrities of the world—and there are millions of us—are fueled by whirling curiosity about show business folks of glitz and glamour abiding comfortably in luxury’s lap. On familial matters of the rich and famous, we are happily outside the loop—some of us further outside than others. Citizens old enough to have observed, heard about or experienced life for multiple decades, thrive on accounts of relationships—even if they are bittersweet--like the one between the late Henry ...

You get what you wish for. And more. A stitch in time saves nine. Don’t count your chickens before they hatch. And don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Look before you leap. See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. Silence is golden. Give an inch, they’ll take a mile. Don’t cut off your nose to spite your face. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. And don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. Now that’s a horse of a different color. Never bite the hand that fee ...
