Our annual national, or maybe international, Earth Day was celebrated recently, and as usual I had no idea that was coming up until it was half over. Not that I would have necessarily celebrated it, of course, but I might have liked to write about it ahead of time. Doing things on time goes against my nature, as a general rule, but I like to shake things up once in a while. Not that a particular day really matters, though.

Sizzling Beef Fajitas 1 ½ lbs (tenderized and sliced in strips) skirt steak or round steak s 2 Onions sliced 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced 1 Green Bell Pepper sliced 1 jalapeño 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teas ...

I’m a “WHEEL WATCHER!” Seems the “Wheel of Fortune” has been on the air for thirty one years. I’ve missed some, but more seen than more missed. It comes on at six thirty in the evenings and I don’t want to be disturbed for the thirty minutes it’s on. It better be something important for anyone to call the house between six thirty and seven.

ENERGY, more commonly lack of energy, is one of the most frequent complaints that I hear. Unfortunately, there is not one pill, or one answer that applies to everyone.
