Although the Football season is over, the Puncher Club is still looking for ways to make sure our Punchers and Cowgirls get a first class experience while they are in school. Our projects that we completed this year were: replacing the headsets for the coaches and communications while they are on the field.

I think enough was said on the way up and back in Brady for the support that was showed in spite of the bad weather with wind-cooled temperatures and rain at 9:30 p. ...

The Punchers suffered their first loss of the season last Monday evening. Johnson City came to visit and took advantage of the many turnovers the Punchers committed. The Eagles rallied in the second period outscoring Mason 14 to 6 which was really the difference in the game. The Punchers seemed to sputter offensively.

"Well, we felt like the kids did the things that we needed to do to win the game. We went into the game trying to have long drives ending in touchdowns that would keep their offense off of the field. And we did that. "We played very well in our run offense and made plays on defense when we had to.

Alright Puncher fans, here we go! The Punchers continue to roll to the State Semi-finals game to be played against the Bulldogs of Garrison. Last week’s game featured two fine teams with one having prepared for the elements and one possibly not. Last week’s practice for the Punchers in preparation for the Shiner game and forecast for Fridays game time included a good dose of water on all the player’s hands as well as rain soaked balls before each snap and each play.
