Frank A. Hernandez, of Mason, went to his eternal home Tuesday, February 4, 2014. He was 73 years young. Frank was born January 4, 1941, in Katemcy to Anselmo J. Hernandez and Bersabe A. Ramos. He married Paula Cantu on August 21, 1965. He was a hard-working man who cared for his family diligently and with all devotion.

Wilma Griffith, of Mason, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, at the age of 89. Funeral services for Wilma Griffith were held on Saturday, January 25, at 10:00 a.m. at the Mason Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in the Crosby Cemetery. Ella was born on November 12, 1926, in Mason County to Wesley Eckert and Meta Gross Eckert. She married Gratton O. Behrens. Ella was a devoted, dedicated and loving wife and mother who enjoyed hunting and fishing with her husband.

Monique Noella Proulx, age 85, of Fredonia, Texas, and formerly of Brownsburg, Quebec, Canada, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013, in Brady, Texas. She was born May 15, 1928, in Brownsburg, Quebec, Canada, to Noel Proulx and Fleur (Rheume) Proulx. She had lived most of her life in the Brownsburg, Quebec area and for the last eight years she had called Fredonia home. She worked many years at the C-I-L Ammunition Plant in Brownsburg and for a short time she was a beautician.

Cora Nell Franklin passed away on Monday, December 30, at the age of 83. Cora was born in Del Rio, Texas, on December 11, 1930, to Walter Looney and Ava Mae McGlasson Looney. She attended Crocier Tech High School in Dallas. Cora was a life-long Christian. She met Billy Franklin at a church picnic and on October 29, 1948, they were married in Dallas.

Our beloved mother and “Gran”, Bernice Marion Keyser, passed away on the evening of December 4, 2013, at Fredericksburg Nursing and Rehab at the age of 88 years. Bernice was born on the Stehling family farm in Gillespie County to Adolph and Louise Hohmann Stehling on November 24, 1925. She was raised there along with her sister Irene.

Roger Luckenbach passed away on Sunday, December 8, at the age of 89. Roger was born on June 5, 1924, in Menard County to Benjamin Arthur Luckenbach and Myrtle Rogers Luckenbach. He spent the last eight months of his life in Odessa under the loving care of his granddaughter Jenifer Moersch. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 11, at 2:30 p.m.
