Robert Lee “Bob” Engdahl, age 92, of Brady, Texas, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014, in Brady. He was born June 9, 1922, in Rochelle, Texas, to William Theodore Engdahl Sr. and Pattie Mae (Cole) Engdahl. He graduated from Rochelle High School in 1940. He married Margaret Beatrice Shelton on October 17, 1942, in Brady.

Patti M. Kothmann, of Mason, passed away on Monday, January 5, at the age of 73. Mrs. Kothmann is survived by her son Jeffrey Muse of Taylor and three grandchildren: Jocelyn Muse, Cecily Muse and Jacob Castillo. Patti was preceded in death by her husband Kelly Ross Kothmann in 2002. Patti was born in Houston, Texas, on November 17, 1941, to George Box and Dorothy Kirkland Box.

Lottie Marie (Pavlas) Bryant, 93 of Bryan passed away Wednesday January 7 in her home. Visitation and Rosary were Monday January 12, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Saint Michael Episcopal School-Chapel, 2500 South College Ave, Bryan with a Rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Graveside services were held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday January 13, 2015, Bryan City Cemetery.

Joyce was born January 13, 1937, in Austin, Texas, and adopted by Emil and Lena (Hoffmann) Holtzer of Castell, Texas. She attended the Castell School until 5th grade when they were consolidated to the Llano Public School. She graduated from Llano High School in 1955. Joyce married William Theodore Otto Arlt of Fredericksburg, Texas, on November 5,1955.

Arthur Carman Bonner of Fredericksburg, former resident and football coach in Mason, passed away on December 25th, 2014. Memorial services will be held in Fredericksburg on January 10, 2015, at 2 P.M. at First Baptist Church. A complete obituary will run in next week's edition.

Salvador John “Sam” Miciotto, of Mason, passed away on Saturday, December 20, at the age of 76. Sam is survived by Bob Peavy, Odell Brinkley and many other friends. No local services are planned. It was his wish to be cremated and burial of his cremated remains will take place at a later date in Shreveport, Louisiana. Sam was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, on February 3, 1938, to John Miciotto and Ruby Sali Miciotto.

JoAnn Price, age 69 of Mason, Texas, and formerly of Lakeway, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2014, at home with her daughter by her side. She was born to the late William J. and Gertrude B. Dally, April 10, 1945, in Watertown, South Dakota. JoAnn attended school in California and began a lifelong career in property management.

Franklin Edward Habecker, Sr. of Mason, formerly of Pflugerville, was born February 18th, 1936, in Kerrville to Viola Seiter and Emil Habecker. Frank was happily married to Jeannie Freeman Habecker for 43 years until she earned her heavenly reward in 2007. In 2008, Frank married Helen Meyer Schmidt Habecker, who blessed both him and his family’s lives immensely during the past six years.
